How long do treatments sessions last?
The initial assessment can last up to 2 hours, follow up appointments last about 45 minutes
How long before I see a difference or am fully recovered?
Many patients report back immediate improvements, others take a bit longer before they see the benefits. A recent survey found that 86% of patients reported a reduction in knee pain, mostly within 5 weeks after suffering pain for an average of 6 years. Whilst 82% who reported that pain had adversely affected their activity levels, now found it easier to be more active since starting AposHealth.

Will I be able to go back to work and my day to day activities after treatment?
The beauty of AposHealth is that it works best when going about your day to day activities. Simply wear the foot-worn biomechanical device for about 1 hour a day.
What should I wear for treatment?
As the physiotherapists needs to assess your knees we do ask that you wear shorts, otherwise as with a physiotherapy session we recommend loose, comfortable clothing.

How much is the treatment?
For a 12 month programme AposHealth costs £2480, this includes your initial assessment, up to 5 follow up appointments and your specially calibrated biomechanical footwear.
