Lynn is a HPC registered Podiatrist who specialises in Biomechanics, Sporting injuries and Paediatric Biomechanics. After qualifying from Chelsea School of Chiropody /Podiatry, she completed a postgraduate preceptorship in foot surgery and sporting injuries in America. She enjoyed the biomechanics and sporting injuries part of the course and decided to specialise in this area upon her return to Britain. Lynn has worked as a specialist in Biomechanics for many years in London, Surrey, Essex and presently in Bedfordshire. she works both in the NHS and Private Practice. Lynn treats all mechanical foot and lower limb problems and injuries. An initial appointment lasts about one hour in which she will analyse gait (looking at how you walk) and examination of joint movements standing, sitting and lying down. Treatment consists of the prescription of orthotics or insoles and stretches or exercises (if needed). Lynn keeps herself constantly updated with postgraduate training in biomechanics, paediatric biomechanics, rheumatology as well as sporting injuries.
