Sarah has been part of the Ice Clinic Reception team in Ampthill since the doors first opened in 1997, Sarah initially started part time to fit work around her children and as they have grown up has increased her hours. Sarah is known by many of our patients and likes to ensure they all receive a warm welcome when they walk through the doors or call up the clinic. Manya is our Reception Manager and joined Ice Clinic the same year as the clinic opened in 1997 and so has great knowledge about the clinic and the patients. Manya works Monday – Thursday and as well as being the Reception Manager, she also looks after the administration for all the Private Insurance patients. Manya always provides a friendly and professional welcome to our patients and takes time to understand their needs when booking appointments.
